The Hard Shoulder was live from the International Rugby Experience in Limerick City. Kieran was joined by Sean Golden, Chief Economist and Head of Policy for Limerick Chambers,  John Moran, Member of the Limerick Economic Forum, chair of Liveable Limerick and board member of Shannon Airport and Elisa O’Donovan, Social Democrat Councillor for Limerick City West to chat about the positive aspects of Limerick, issues people are facing and the future of the city and county.

John spoke about Limerick as “a microcosm of Ireland” and that although we have a “great city to live in” with a strong urban vibe, we have “some of the greatest countryside in Ireland”.

John also shared his solution-orientated vision to prevent the many graduates opting to move away from Limerick due to a lack of adequate housing supply.
